  • Provide an annual COIDA registration and return.
  • Provide an employment contract template aligned with BCEA Sectoral Determination 7.

  • Honour the BCEA minimum wage (R30.23/hour from 1 March 2026).

Pricing

  • Each additional helper: +R59 a month all-in.

Cancellation

No lock-in. Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, WhatsApp us or email hello@rightwayuif.co.za. We’ll deregister your helper from the DoL on your behalf if you ask, or you can keep your registration and just stop the service.

When things go wrong

If we miss a UIF deadline through our fault, we cover the 10% penalty and any interest. No questions, no excuses. WhatsApp us as soon as you spot it.

If you’re unhappy with anything, talk to us directly. We don’t do call-centre runarounds.

Limits

We’re a compliance-administration service, not a law firm. We can’t represent you at the CCMA or in labour court. If your situation needs legal advice, we’ll say so and refer you on.

Disputes

South African law applies. If we can’t resolve a dispute by talking, the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
